   “Well I was thinking of trying this place out , but not happening with all the bad rap on credit and debt card issues. Not worth the risk.”

   Owner reply: Joe, we’re disappointed to receive a one-star review from someone who has never visited or conducted a transaction with our establishment.The concerns you’ve read generally involve temporary pre-authorization holds—not unauthorized or duplicate charges. Like hotels, rental-car companies, and many entertainment venues, we pre-authorize cards during transactions. Multiple transactions may create multiple temporary holds, which the customer’s bank typically releases within 2–4 business days. Weekends, holidays, and individual bank policies can extend that timeframe.When customers contact us, we review their transactions and explain the process. Unfortunately, reviews written out of initial frustration often remain online even after the holds are released and the situation is understood.We take payment security and transparency seriously and are always available to answer questions.    “they have the worst valet ever, be careful or they will take advantage of you .”

   Owner reply: Ryan, we’re sorry you were upset, but this review leaves out important context\. Our valet team did not attempt to take advantage of you\. Our valet prices are clearly set at $10 for regular parking and $20 for VIP parking, so there is no opportunity for the valet team to change or inflate the price based on an individual customer\.Because you appeared visibly impaired, our staff could not allow you to drive home in that condition\. We offered to arrange an Uber or call a taxi so you could get home safely\. Our responsibility extends beyond our property—we will always prioritize the safety of our guests and everyone else on the road, even when that decision is unpopular in the moment\.We understand that you were upset, but our concern was your safety and the safety of others—not taking advantage of you\. We stand behind our valet team for handling a difficult situation responsibly and with safety as the priority\.
