“This is a terrible company to book male entertainment through. They ask for a booking fee before you're told which of your choices are available. They provide a list but, then say they can't tell your which performer is available until after you pay the booking fee and make a decision. We selected several performers…”

Owner reply: Thank you for sharing your feedback, Keisha. We understand your frustration, and we're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. Performer availability is never guaranteed prior to booking especially since you booked last minute/same day— this is clearly outlined in our cancellation policy and FAQ (mcentertainment.org/online-booking-FAQ-page), which you had access to before submitting your request. By completing the booking form, you agreed to our Terms of Service, which include our non-refundable booking fee policy. We'd also like to note that we offered you a full credit toward a future booking, valid for six months — an offer that stands. The booking fee covers the coordination time invested on your behalf the moment a request is received, and we worked through multiple selections for you.We do wish availability had worked out differently and hope you'll consider giving us another chance. You're welcome to reach out to us directly anytime.
