Owner reply: Scarlett’s St. Louis has a diverse team, and we take accusations of discrimination seriously. Our website clearly states that auditions are handled through the Pole Position app and are based on availability, not by simply arriving for an in-person audition. Our management team cannot stop operations to conduct an unscheduled audition when someone arrives unannounced. We encourage anyone interested in auditioning to follow the posted application process so their request can be properly considered.
