   Owner reply: Jessica Quintana is the definition of a KAREN when it comes to customers. All of her claims were false and when she filed a chargeback with Eventbrite, they eventually sided with us. We provided full video and photo evidence to Eventbrite to prove that all of her claims were wrong. Below is the email from Eventbrite we received:Hi there! Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
