“Used to be great but they still employ Mia who has done sessions drunk.anf has harassed me by calling constantly to complain about her boyfriends while slurring her words. No I did not continue to interact with mistress Mia. I totally stopped going to the dungeon because of her and I know others have raise concerns…”

Owner reply: We take legitimate concerns about our staff seriously. However, you have raised concerns about this individual for some time while continuing to return to Pandora’s Box and interact with her. If you no longer wish to receive personal calls from someone, you can simply block their number and discontinue contact. We also question why a personal issue with one individual, including communications outside of Pandora’s Box, warrants a one-star review of our entire business.Pandora’s Box has been serving New York City for 26 years, and we are extremely proud of the many clients who have continued to visit and support us throughout that time. We must be doing something right. If you have a specific concern about an experience at Pandora’s Box, management is always available to address it directly and professionally.
