“I honestly would rate this a 1.5 star. The management after 6pm is terrible and she will charge after you for payment when she is done. She doesn’t care that payment is paid. She will come after you and make sure you pay. She went after elderly people. Disgusting.”

Owner reply: Roman, we apologize that this was your experience. Our POS system has been down since yesterday making our staff have to check and calculate orders manually, though this is not an excuse. Human error does occur, which also occurs in your message. The woman that you took a photo of is Not management. And that’s actually a friend of hers.

“Bartenders charge for drinks you didn't order, bad experience. Won't be returning and to anyone who tries this place out, keep eyes on what you order and your drinks.”

Owner reply: Alejandro, we’re sorry to hear this. Our POS system has been down since yesterday, requiring our bartenders to manually track and calculate orders. Wow this isn’t an excuse. Human error is possible, and we take incorrect charges seriously. please contact the club and ask for management so that we can look into your tab and make sure that any discrepancies are addressed.
