“Forget this place, they don't care about you, straight up let you get assaulted and then kick you out. Happened twice. The lurch looking bouncer is trash. Lawsuit coming”

Owner reply: Hi Kupi,We take all feedback seriously, but your review does not reflect the reality of what happened. Our staff, including the bouncer you referenced, are trained to keep our guests safe and to de-escalate situations whenever possible. Jeff, in particular, is consistently professional, respectful, and takes his role very seriously.Unfortunately, when customers repeatedly create drama or put others at risk, we have no choice but to ask them to leave. That decision is never taken lightly, but our priority will always be the safety and enjoyment of the majority of our patrons who come here to have a good time.We wish you the best moving forward.
